24.—(1) Regulation 80 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraphs (6), (11) and (12).
(3) In paragraph (15), in the words after sub-paragraph (b)—
(a)after “where it is”, insert “not”;
(b)after “representative is”, omit “not”.
