The Avian Influenza (H5N1 in Wild Birds) (England) Order 2006 M1 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 1, in Part 3, in paragraph 9(2) (a), for the words “Sections I, II and III, and Chapters V” to the end substitute “ Article 18 of Regulation EU 2017/625 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls and other official activities performed to ensure the application of food and feed law, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products M2 ”.
