The Social Security (Credits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1975135 are amended as follows.

In regulation 8C(2), for “a person of the opposite sex as husband and wife” substitute “another person as if spouses of each other”.

In paragraph 3 of the Schedule, for the words from “consisting” to the end substitute “consisting of two people who are not married to or civil partners of each other but are living together as if spouses of each other.”.
