26.—(1) A professional operator who is bringing F1... into England [F2any solid fuel wood from a third country to which Article 47(1) of the Official Controls Regulation does not apply] must, before or no later than four days after the date of their arrival in England, provide written notification to [F3a] plant health inspector of the matters referred to in paragraph (2)—

(c)the genus, species and quantity of the F5... wood in the consignment;

(d)the country from which the F6... wood [F7has been, or is] to be, consigned;
