7.—(1) The Welfare of Animals at the Time of Killing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 11, in paragraph (3) for “Scotland, Wales or another member State” substitute “Scotland or Wales”.

(3) In regulation 13, in paragraph (1) omit “(including a certificate or temporary certificate granted in another member State),”.

(4) In regulation 28, for paragraph (6) substitute—

(6) An inspector may be accompanied by such other persons as the inspector considers necessary..

(5) In regulation 38, omit paragraph (2).

(6) In Schedule 2, paragraph 3(2), for “EU obligation” substitute “retained EU law”.

(7) In Schedule 4, paragraph 3(a), for “competent authority” substitute “Department of Health”.
