2.—(1) The Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) Regulations 2001 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1), for the definition of “the Novel Foods Regulation” substitute—
““the Novel Foods Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No 258/97 concerning novel foods and novel food ingredients M2, as it applied immediately before 18 April 2004;”;
(3) In Schedule 1, in Part 2, in paragraph 2—
