Amendment of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008

6.—(1) The Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 18 (occupational pension schemes)—

(a) omit paragraph (b);

(b) in paragraph (c), for “an EEA State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.

(3) In section 78 (interpretation of Part 1), omit the definition of the “IORP Directive”.
