Interpretation
2.—(1) In this Order—
“the Council’s Order” means the Test Valley (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2018(1);
“the map” means the map marked “Map referred to in the Test Valley (Electoral Changes) Order 2019”, held by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England(2).
(2) Where a boundary is shown on the map as running along a road, railway line, footway, watercourse or similar geographical feature, it is to be treated as running along the centre line of the feature.
That Order was made on 31st October 2018 by Test Valley Borough Council under section 86 of the 2007 Act; such Orders are not required to be made by statutory instrument.
