In regulation 27—
a
in paragraph (1), for “from outside the European Union”, substitute “into the United Kingdom”;
b
after paragraph (1), insert—
1A
But seed imported from a European Single Market State before the end of 2 years beginning with the day after the day on which exit day falls, may be labelled with an official label issued in accordance with the relevant requirements in the Directive relating to that seed.
