Basic and floor amounts: general7.
F1(1)
Except as otherwise provided in F2regulations 8 and 8A F3, where the academic year of the course begins on or after 1st August 2019, but before 1st August 2025—
(a)
the basic amount is £7,400;
(b)
the floor amount in respect of that basic amount is £7,200.
F4(2)
Except as otherwise provided in regulation 8, where the academic year of the course begins on or after 1st August F52025, but before 1st August 2026—
(a)
the basic amount is £7,625;
(b)
the floor amount in respect of that basic amount is £7,420.
F6(3)
Except as otherwise provided in regulation 8, where the academic year of the course begins on or after 1st August 2026, but before 1st August 2027—
(a)
the basic amount is £7,830;
(b)
the floor amount in respect of that basic amount is £7,620.

Except as otherwise provided in regulation 8, where the academic year of the course begins on or after 1st August 2027—
(a)
the basic amount is £8,035;
(b)
the floor amount in respect of that basic amount is £7,820.
