These Regulations—
a
may be cited as the Invasive Non-native Species (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019; and
b
come into force on exit day.

In these Regulations, “the Invasive Alien Species Regulation” means Regulation (EU) No. 1143/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the prevention and management of the introduction and spread of invasive alien species.
