35.—(1) The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 M1 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In section 297A (unauthorised decoders) M2 , in subsection (4), in the definition of “transmission”, in paragraphs (a) and (b), omit “or any other member State”.

(3) In section 298 (rights and remedies in respect of apparatus, &c for unauthorised reception of transmissions) M3 , in subsection (1), in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), omit “or any other member State”.
