25.—(1) Section 80 (proposals for identifying markets and for market power determinations) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), omit “and section 80B”.

(3) In subsection (1B)—

(a) in paragraph (a) for “sections 80A and 80B(1) do” substitute “ section 80A does ”;

(b) omit paragraph (b) and the “and” preceding it.

(4) Omit subsection (7).
