Offence of misleading FCAU.K.
21. Section 398(1) of the Act M1 (misleading FCA or PRA: residual cases) applies in respect of a requirement to provide information under—
(a)these Regulations,
(b)the Act as applied by these Regulations, and
(c)the CRA Regulation,
as it applies in respect of a requirement falling within subsection (1A) of that section.
