70.  In Article 14—

(a) in paragraph 1, for “Union” substitute “ United Kingdom ”;

(b) in paragraph 2—

(i) for “ESMA” substitute “ the FCA ”;

(ii) omit “for the entire territory of the Union”;

(c) in paragraph 3—

(i) for “Union” substitute “ United Kingdom ”;

(ii) for “ESMA” substitute “ the FCA ”;

(d) in paragraphs 4 and 5, for “ESMA” substitute “ the FCA ”.
