Citation and commencement U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Collective Investment Schemes (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on exit day.

(3) Regulations 50(6), 58 and 61 to 71 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

Interpretation U.K.

2.  In these Regulations “ the 2000 Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 M1 .
