(i)in the opening words omit “UK”;
(ii)in sub-paragraph (a) omit “referred to in Article 47(1) of the UCITS directive”;

(b)in paragraph (4)(b) omit “and, in relation to a cross-border merger, the competent authorities of the EEA UCITS concerned”.
