The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(6) of the Terrorism Act 2000(1).
In accordance with section 3(6)(a) of that Act, the Secretary of State believes that the organisations referred to in article 2(1) and (3) of this Order, being organisations listed in Schedule 2 to that Act(2), are operating wholly or partly under names that are not specified in that Schedule (whether as well as or instead of under the specified names).

Relevant amending instruments are S.I. 2001/1261, 2014/1624.
