Amendment to the Single Common Market Organisation (Exceptional Adjustment Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017 N.I.

12.  In the Single Common Market Organisation (Exceptional Adjustment Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017 M1 , for regulation 12(3) substitute—

“(3) An authorised person entering any land or premises by virtue of this regulation may be accompanied by such other persons as the authorised person considers necessary.”
