(a)omit subsection (3);
(b)in subsection (4)—
(i)omit “In any other case,”;
(ii)after paragraph (b), insert—
“(ba)section 57 (permitted characters etc);”;
(c)omit subsection (5);
(d)in subsection (6) omit “or (5)”.
