15.—(1) The Republic of Maldives (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2018 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “the Council Regulation”, omit the words from “, and a reference to” to the end of the definition.
(3) In the Schedule, in paragraph 5(3)(b) (general power to disclose information), for “, pursuant to the Council Regulation” substitute “ to facilitate the exercise by an authority outside the United Kingdom or by an international organisation of functions which correspond to functions under these Regulations ”.
