Amendment of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2018

28.  In the Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2018(1) in—

(a) regulation 70(3)(e) (notice of decisions on disagreements), and

(b) regulation 72(3)(e) (notice of decisions on reconsideration of disagreement),

for “Pensions Advisory Service” in each place it occurs, substitute “Money and Pensions Service”.
