Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 U.K.

5.—(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 284A (transformer vehicles) M1 , in subsection (9), omit “an EU instrument and”.

(3) In section 316 (direction by a regulator) M2 , in subsection (4), omit paragraph (b).
