45.—(1) The export of the following goods to, or for use in, the DPRK is prohibited—

(a)aviation fuel;

(b)condensates and natural gas liquids;

(c)crude oil;

(d)helicopters and vessels;

(e)industrial machinery, vehicles, iron, steel and other metals;

(f)luxury goods;

(g)refined petroleum products.

(2) Paragraph (1) is subject to Part 9 (Exceptions and licences).
