Article 13 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(f), for “an adequacy decision by the Commission” substitute “ relevant adequacy regulations under section 17A of the 2018 Act M1 ”.

In paragraph 2(d), for “a supervisory authority” substitute “ the Commissioner ”.
