(a)

for “Each supervisory authority” substitute “The Commissioner”;

(b)

for “its” substitute “the Commissioner’s”;

(c)

for the second sentence substitute “The Commissioner must arrange for those reports to be laid before Parliament and send a copy to the Secretary of State.”;

(d)

omit “, to the Commission and to the Board”.
