(5) In paragraph 5—
(a)for “20 000 000 EUR” substitute “ £17,500,000 ”;
(b)for point (d) substitute—
“(d)any obligations under Part 5 or 6 of Schedule 2 to the 2018 Act or regulations made under section 16(1)(c) of the 2018 Act;”;

(6) In paragraph 6—
