SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Amendments of the Data Protection Act 2018

10.—(1) Section 7 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “GDPR” substitute “ UK GDPR ”;

(b) omit “under the law of the United Kingdom”.

(3) In subsections (2) and (4), for “GDPR” substitute “ UK GDPR ”.
