21.—(1) Section 7A of the Health and Personal Social Services Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (power to obtain information etc)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3), for “GDPR” substitute “UK GDPR”.
(3) For subsection (8) substitute—
“(8) In this section, “the UK GDPR” has the same meaning as in Parts 5 to 7 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3(10) and (14) of that Act).”.
