29.  In article 7 of the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (Crown Status) Order 1999 (Data Protection Act 2018)(1)—

(a) in paragraph (2)(a), (d) and (e), for “GDPR” substitute “UK GDPR”;

(b) omit paragraph (5).
