Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001 U.K.

37.—(1) Regulation 9 of the Financial Services and Markets 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001 (disclosure by regulators or regulator workers to certain other persons) M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2B)(a), for “GDPR” substitute “ UK GDPR ”.

(3) For paragraph (6) substitute—

“(6) In this regulation, “the UK GDPR” has the same meaning as in Parts 5 to 7 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3(10) and (14) of that Act).”.
