Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 2010

89.

In paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 3 to the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 2010 (access to marked registers and other documents open to public inspection after an election) M1—

(a)

in the definition of “Article 89 GDPR purposes”, for “the GDPR” substitute “ the UK GDPR ”;

(b)

omit the definition of “the GDPR”;

(c)

at the appropriate place insert—

““the UK GDPR” has the same meaning as in Parts 5 to 7 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3(10) and (14) of that Act);”.
