Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001

Part 1 of Schedule 4 to the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (extension of existing disclosure powers) M1 is amended as follows.

Omit paragraph 42.
(3)
After paragraph 53F insert—
“53G.
