the identifier (and in the case of a relevant vehicle that can use more than one fuel type, all the relevant identifiers), indicating the fuel type that the vehicle can use, is available and easy to obtain, and is easy to understand by any prospective user of the vehicle,

any identifiers affixed by the motor vehicle manufacturer to comply with regulation 5(1)(a) are maintained on the vehicle while it is offered for sale or lease.
