27.  In regulation 3(2)(a)(i) of the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Tachograph Card Fees) Regulations 2005(1), for “Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3820/85” substitute “Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council(2)”.
