Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 552/2004

61.—(1) Article 7 (safeguards) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “an EC” substitute “a”, and

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “EC”.

(3) Omit paragraphs 2 to 6.
