(2) In the heading, omit “at national level”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a)in the first subparagraph—
(i)omit “of one Member State”;
(ii)for “Regulation (EC) No 765/2008” substitute “RAMS”;
(iii)for “harmonised” substitute “designated”;
(iv)for “European” substitute “UK”;
(b)in the third subparagraph—
(i)for “notified”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “approved”;
(ii)for “a notified” substitute “an approved”;
(c)in the fourth subparagraph, for “Regulation (EC) No 765/2008” substitute “RAMS”.
(4) Omit paragraphs 2 and 3.
(5) In paragraph 4—
