14.—(1) The Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 46 (period within which proceedings must be brought)—
(a)in paragraph (1), omit “to Article 46A,”;
(b)in paragraphs (2), (3) and (4), omit “and to Article 46A,”.
(3) Omit Article 46A (extension of time limits: mediation).
