(b)in paragraph (b), for the words from “the scope” to the end substitute “ scope of the 2005 Hague Convention as determined by Articles 1 and 2 of that Convention. ”.

73.—(1) The Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 (Gibraltar) Order 1997 M4 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2(a), after “paragraph (b)” insert “as they had effect immediately before [F1IP completion day]”.
(3) Renumber article 4 as paragraph (1) of that article, and—
(a)in the paragraph (1)(b) so formed, for “the reports mentioned in section 3(3)” substitute “the expert reports relating to the 1968 Convention referred to in section 50”; and
(b)after the paragraph (1) so formed, insert—
“(2) The requirement in paragraph (1)(a) applies only in relation to principles laid down, or decisions made, by the European Court before [F2IP completion day].”.
