31.—(1) Section 20 (rules as to jurisdiction in Scotland) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), omit “the Regulation, to”.
(3) In subsection (5)(b), for “the reports mentioned in section 3(3)” substitute “ the expert reports relating to the 1968 Convention ”.
(4) After subsection (5) insert—
“(6) The requirement in subsection (5)(a) applies only in relation to principles laid down, or decisions made, by the European Court before [F1IP completion day].”
