Where in relation to any proceedings under Part 38 the relevant saving provision applies, Part 38 continues to apply on and after IP completion day as if the amendments made to that Part by these Regulations had not been made.

In this regulation, “the relevant saving provision” means regulation 1A of the Mutual Recognition of Protection Measures in Civil Matters (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
