22. In relation to a mediation to which the Cross-Border Mediation (EU Directive) Regulations 2011 M1 applied before [F1IP completion day] , rule 31.3 continues to apply on and after [F1IP completion day] as if the amendments to that rule made by these Regulations had not been made.
