Foot-and-Mouth Disease (England) Order 2006

11.  In the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (England) Order 2006(1), in article 2—

(a) in the definition of “the Directive”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1099(2)”;

(b) in the definition of “Regulation EC No. 1069/2009”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Council Regulation (EU) 1385/2013(3)”;

(c) in the definition of “Regulation (EU) No. 142/2011”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1262(4)”.
