The Jam and Similar Products (England) Regulations 200356 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council on novel foods”.

In Schedule 2—
a
in paragraph 1(m), at the end insert “, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/149757”;
b
in paragraph 2(d), after “food additives” insert “, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1497,”.
