26.—(1) The Jam and Similar Products (England) Regulations 2003(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council on novel foods”.
(3) In Schedule 2—
(a)in paragraph 1(m), at the end insert “, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1497(2)”;
(b)in paragraph 2(d), after “food additives” insert “, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1497,”.
