The Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (England) Regulations 200758 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 12—
a
in Part 2, in paragraph 5(1), in the words before sub-paragraph (a), for “paragraph 4(2)(a)” substitute “paragraph 4(2)(a),”;
b
in Part 7, in paragraph 32(3)(c), after “samples are” insert “taken”;
c
in Part 10, in Section 2, in the table, in the second column for “for which for”, in each place it occurs, substitute “for which”.
