81.—(1) In the Electricity and Gas (Internal Markets) Regulations 2011 M1 , regulation 51 (review of regulations) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraph (2).

(3) In paragraph (6), omit—

(a) the definition of “2010 Amending Decision”;

(b) the definition of “the 2012 Amending Decision”;

(c) the definition of “the 2013 Amending Regulation”;

[F1 (ca) the definition of “ACER Regulation”;]

(d) the definition of “CACM Regulation”;

[F2 (da) the definition of “Electricity Regulation”;]

(e) the definition of “ITC Regulation”;

(f) the definition of “Third Package”.
