24.  In Article 23, in paragraph 2— E+W+S

(a) omit “, including redispatching or countertrading pursuant to Articles 25 and 35 of Regulation (EU) [F1 2015/1222],”;

(b) omit “, in accordance with Article 75(1), Article 76(1)(b) and Article 78(1), (2) and (4)”.
