SCHEDULE 1 Amendments to the Electricity Transmission System Operation Regulation

26.—(1) Article 26 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1—

(a) omit “, taking into account Article 5 of Council Directive 2008/114/EC,”;

(b) for “Member State” substitute “Secretary of State”.

(3) In paragraph 2, for “European interconnected transmission systems” substitute “transmission system”.
