SCHEDULE 1 E+W+S Amendments to the Electricity Transmission System Operation Regulation

48.—(1) Article 64 is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In the heading, omit “and common”.

(3) In paragraph 1—

(a) in the opening words before point (a), for the words from “in accordance with” to “Article 114(2)”, substitute “ for each of the following time frames ”;

(b) in point (a), omit “, 67”;

(c) omit point (b);

(d) in points (c) and (d), omit “, in accordance with Article 70”.

(4) Omit paragraphs 2 and 3.
